Do I need to own property to start?
No. The entire model is built around Rent-to-Rent — you secure a long-term commercial lease and operate the property as an Airbnb. You control the asset and the cashflow without ever buying it.
How much money do I need to get started?
Far less than most people think. You start with a small amount of capital to secure and furnish your first property — not the six-figure deposit a mortgage would require. We cover the numbers in detail on your free call.
I have no experience — is that a problem?
Not at all. Most of our students started with zero property experience. You get the exact scripts, contracts, and checklists we use, plus live mentorship to walk you through each step.
How quickly can I get my first property?
Our system is designed to take you from zero to your first secured property in around 30 days, depending on your effort and the programme you choose. Silver and Gold include a guaranteed London property.
What's the difference between the programmes?
